Shipping to the EU

Samples and smaller orders travel by air express, larger ones by air or sea freight into hubs such as Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg or Frankfurt. Once cleared in one member state, goods move freely within the EU. On DDP orders we arrange clearance and import VAT. If you import yourself, you’ll need an EU EORI number.

GPSR: General Product Safety Regulation

Since 13 December 2024, consumer products sold in the EU fall under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR). Products must be traceable and have a responsible economic operator in the EU, usually the importer. To support your obligations we supply:

• Product identification (SKU and batch) on each piece or its label
• Manufacturer name and contact details
• Materials, care and handling information in English, with other EU languages on request
• Space on labels for your company name and EU address as the importer

Duty and origin

Depending on where the goods are woven, they may qualify for reduced or zero duty under the EU’s Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP). Claiming it requires a statement on origin from a registered exporter (REX). We prepare origin documentation so your customs agent can apply any preference available.

What sells in Europe

Scandinavian and Japandi interiors favour black-and-natural designs. Southern European buyers often ask for earth-tone and colourful assortments for a Mediterranean feel. We weight your mixed assortment to your preference. Multi-language product descriptions are available for your web shop.
